How To Take It Take 3 capsules twice daily - once in the morning on an empty stomach and again 30 minutes before lunch or your workout. Individuals over 200 lbs. can take up to 5 capsules twice daily. For maximum results, drink at least 2 liters of water daily while using it.

Just like with all creatine you should read the labels to ensure you get the most muscle mass out of each bottle. Many of the negative reviews claimed to use this as their only supplement. This means that it seems to work its full potential when used with other supplements.
I recommend avoiding other creatine supplements while taking creatine pills. This is because your body can only handle so much creatine a day. Any more creatine than it can handle is not going to be used by your body.
You are also advised to drink plenty of water to stay hydrated throughout the day.
