Non Essential Amino Acid : Asparagine
Not much information is avaliable of Asparagine. However, it was discovered that it was closely related to Aspartic Acid. It was also found in high concentrations of plant protein.
What is it used for?
It is required by the nervous system to maintain equilibrium.

There are no known deficiency symptoms if you do not have enough.

There are no known symptoms if you have too much it.
What foods contain it?
Beef, dairy, eggs, and poultry.
