Non Essential Amino Acid : Aspartic Acid
Aspartic Acid is found in plant proteins. It can also be manufactured in the body from oxaloacetic acid. It is the only amino acid, along with glutamic acid that has a negatively charged carboxylate group on the side chain.
What is it required for?
It is needed for brain and neural health, stamina, and assists the liver in removing excess ammonia and other toxins from the bloodstream.
What if I don't have enough?
Symptoms include fatigue and depression.

Beef, sprouting seeds, dairy, and poultry.
