Detailed Breakdown of Bowflex Xtreme 2 Home Gym
The Bowflex Xtreme 2 Home Gym is an impressive all in one home gym.
We have all seen those commercials of men and women trying out the Bowflex. Whether it is the 30 second clip in between your favorite television show or the 30 minute infomercial at 4 a.m. You always see ripped and toned men and women working on the Bowflex machine.
Well I wouldn't expect you to necessarily get that ripped and toned very soon on any machine, but you will see some impressive results with the Bowflex Xtreme 2 home gym.
Combine that with supplements and the right diet and you will experience rapid loss in fat and gain in muscle mass.

Reviews
If you tried the Bowflex Xtreme 2 Home Gym let me know. You may find your review on this page helping others interested in it.
My View
Bowflex Xtreme 2 is great for a home gym setup. It provides plenty of workouts in such a little space. It also provides up to 410 pounds of resistance which is good, especially when you want start gaining muscle mass.
If you are a big fan of free weights you might be disappointed with this machine. You simply do not get the resistance you would from free weights; then again no home gym can do that.
For anyone else this works fine, but be sure to upgrade to 410 pounds because leg exercises will eventually become too easy.
There are many positive reviews praising this machine.
For the most part the majority of the reviews for the Bowflex Xtreme 2 home gym have commented on the vast amount of exercises you can do to work every muscle in your body.
One mild complaint that some people seem to have is that they wish it came pre-assembled. It doesn't so you should plan about 2 hours putting it together when you get it.
For the amount of workouts you can get with the Bowflex Xtreme 2 Home Gym machine, it is a good value.
