Between using this and Cytogainer I have noticed an increase in strength and over all muscle mass.
BSN True Mass is an excellent product for people with a fast metabolism and skinny profile looking to bulk up.
While it was impressive and works there were a few things I didn't like about BSN True Mass. The price is rather high, then again BSN products usually are. I also find that BSN True Mass contains way too much cholesrerol than normal weight gainers.
It tastes pretty good when mixed in water and will fill you up. Overall this provided me with the results I would expect from a company like BSN.
