    Cytosport Complete Whey Protein actually is a dud and for good reason. It seems like it provides people with the wrong kind of weight.

    Many people complain while taking it they put on more fat than muscle.

    Many people complain about the taste too. It turns out it tastes awful. The only flavor that had a good taste is chocolate.

    However, if you still plan on taking it there are some good points to this muscle supplement. For one, it dissolves very fast when mixing it and doesn't clump. It is also perfect for people wanting to "bulk up" rather than gain lean muscle mass.

    I would look at purchasing Cytosport Complete Whey Protein only if you plan on bulking up and if you want to gain lean muscle mass look for a different whey protein supplement.
