For example, creatine increases your muscle size but not your overall strength, what it actually does is it fills your muscles with water, essentially giving you a more muscular look. The added water doesn't do anything for your strength gains.

With MuscleTech Nitro Tech Hardcore it does the opposite. It increases your overall strength but doesn't grow your muscle mass as much.
